As a registered user, you can start online assessment. There are 2 parts. Part A for the child and Part B for you.
Carefully read all the instructions given
Let your child take the assessment in a calm and relaxed environment (80-100 questions in 30 mins)
For Part B - you have to answer all (80) questions asked about your child in "Yes" or "No"
